Compliance is a process, not a binder.
- Site-specific safety planning
- Every mobilization starts with a written plan for that building — access and egress, lift and rigging plans, containment, ventilation, hot work, lockout/tagout, and coordination with facility operations so production keeps running.
- Documentation on request
- Certificates of insurance, safety data sheets, JHAs, toolbox talk records, and daily reports are issued to the GC, owner, or risk team on request — before mobilization, not after.
- Credentialed crews
- Crews carry OSHA 30 supervision, NACE and SSPC coatings training, aerial and scissor lift certification, respirator fit testing, and manufacturer certifications for the systems they apply.
