Narrative
The floor stayed open above and below us. Work was sequenced around building occupancy and freight-elevator windows so tenants never shared a corridor with a spray operation.
Overhead deck, ductwork, conduit, and hangers were sprayed with dryfall to read as one uniform plane, with containment set so nothing migrated to finished floors or installed equipment.
Hollow-metal frames, guards, and misc. metals were finished direct-to-metal. Accent banding — the navy column and the orange cardio wall — was coordinated to the tenant's finish schedule, and locker rooms were coated to a scrubbable standard for daily wet cleaning.
