Narrative
This was a full exterior repaint with nowhere to hide: a multi-tenant industrial park running live dock schedules, truck traffic, and tenant operations around the clock. The answer was to take the day away from the schedule entirely — production moved to night shift, with light towers rolling the work faces so the crews sprayed under their own sun.
The scope covered the full wall field — body, banding, gutters, and downspouts — plus every dock door and its jambs. Tenants kept their dock doors in service; each door was masked and shot in sequence between trailers, with the truck court kept open and traffic routed around the lit work zones.
Substrate was heavy aggregate, so coverage was built through backroll rather than film thickness alone, with SuperPaint carrying the body. Gutters, downspouts, and misc. metals — dock doors, stair steel, pipe rack, dock hardware — went Bondplex SW so the repaint reads as one system instead of walls plus leftovers.
The park woke up to fresh walls every morning. No tenant lost dock time, no shift was interrupted, and the whole envelope came back in one continuous color program.
