Narrative
Two Class A warehouse facilities at a single Hilliard park, painted end to end under one contract. The scope was the full warehouse exterior — every wall field, banding, and accent plane — carried across a multi-color program that ties both buildings to the park's palette.
Production was phased building by building so the park stayed in operation throughout. Each elevation was washed and prepped before coating, and everything outside the paint scope — glazing, canopies, bollards, landscaping, and the office storefronts — was masked and protected as the crews moved.
Both buildings came back under one park standard: straight color breaks, uniform coverage across every elevation, and a clean first walk at turnover.
