Narrative
Owner needed a brand-standard refresh across both buildings before a national tenant move-in. Original concrete was 11 years old with chalking, efflorescence, and color drift between panels.
Worked off boom lifts and swing stages on a rolling building-side schedule so trucks kept moving through the truck courts every shift. Dock door frames, bollards, and canopy steel were prepped and recoated under the same package.
Color-matched to the tenant's published brand standard and verified with on-site draw-downs before mobilization.
Sequence

- 03Masonry conditioner on chalked elevations
- 04Two-coat elastomeric acrylic at spec mil thickness
- 05DTM urethane on dock frames, canopies, bollards, and rail
