Narrative
Worked under the GC's interiors schedule, taking floors as drywall finish was complete and releasing them to FF&E install on a rolling basis.
Skim-coat prep on every wall to protect the manufacturer warranty. Custom-printed accent walls in the lobby pattern-matched across three substrates.
Punch list closed on first walk for 109 of 112 keys.
