- Interior latex — eggshell, satin, semi-gloss (low-VOC, low-odor)
- Exterior 100% acrylic over stucco, EIFS, fiber cement, masonry
- Elastomeric coatings on tilt-up and CMU
- Cabinet & millwork — waterborne urethane, conversion varnish
- DTM acrylic on hollow-metal doors, frames, railings

- Drywall (Level 4 / Level 5 finish)

- Previously painted surfaces (qualified for adhesion)
Sequence
- 01Walk-through, color schedule, and tenant-impact plan
- 02Mask, mover-protect, and isolate occupied zones
- 03Patch, caulk, sand, and prime as required
- 04Two-coat application by brush, roll, or fine-finish spray
- 05Daily clean-down; nightly punch-list close on occupied floors
- 06Final walk with PM or owner — touch-ups same day
Warranty
2-year workmanship; manufacturer material warranty per system.
