Protective coatings
Resinous floor systems, tank linings, secondary containment, and structural steel coatings. We work direct for owners and as a specialty subcontractor to GCs that need a coatings partner who delivers on schedule and on spec.
Systems
- Epoxy 100% solids — 1/8" to 1/4" mortar
- Polyaspartic — 4-hour return to service
- Urethane cement — thermal shock & chemical
- ESD-dissipative epoxy — electronics & cleanroom
- Tank linings — novolac epoxy, vinyl ester
Substrates
- Concrete (shot-blasted profile CSP 3–5)
- Carbon steel (SSPC-SP 6 / SP 10)
- Stainless and galvanized
- Existing coatings (qualified by adhesion testing)
Sequence
- 01Substrate survey, profile testing, moisture/RH per ASTM F2170
- 02Surface preparation by shot-blast or abrasive blast
- 03Crack repair, joint detailing, cove base
- 04Primer, body coat, broadcast aggregate (as specified)
- 05Topcoat, anti-slip dosing, line striping
- 06Adhesion verification per ASTM D4541
Warranty
Up to 10-year system warranty, contractor + manufacturer joint.
