Roof coatings
Industrial roof coatings are liquid-applied, seamless protective membranes used to waterproof, restore, and extend the lifespan of existing commercial roofs without the cost of a full tear-off. They deliver high UV reflection, reduce thermal expansion and roof movement, mitigate corrosion on metal decks, and lower HVAC energy consumption. We install manufacturer-warranted systems on TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, BUR, metal, and SPF substrates across the Midwest, East, South, and Texas.

- Reinforced flashing systems — polyester fabric + mastic at seams and penetrations

Sequence
- 01Infrared / moisture survey and roof condition assessment
- 02Power wash and remove contamination to manufacturer clean-substrate standard
- 03Repair seams, fasteners, and penetrations with reinforcing fabric and mastic
- 04Prime as required by substrate and system
- 05Base coat at specified wet-mil thickness
- 06Reinforced flashing course at all details, curbs, and drains
- 07Finish coat to spec DFT with wet-film thickness verification
- 08Manufacturer inspection and warranty registration
Warranty
10 – 20 yr manufacturer NDL system warranty (silicone), 10 – 15 yr on acrylic — contractor + manufacturer joint. Renewable with recoat at end of term.
